URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT

We are sorry for this late announcement, because we have any problem due to the exam period.

1.    We extend the registration and paper submit deadline till 1st February 2012. So that, the list of participant will be announce 2nd – 5th Feb 2012. We will inform you soon about it.
2.   For registration fee, we also extend the deadline of it till 5th February.
3.  For any requirements ( Scan of Student ID Card, Letter of payment and Registration form ), please send before 16th of Feb 2012. If you are now in campus holiday, so you cant send it till the deadline, please inform it to our committee by email. This is due to our database.
4.  We will announce the pass abstract in 10th of February 2012.
5. For Plan of Development Competition, the case study will send in 5th February 2012 by email. Because we have technical problem, sorry for this late arrangement.

1.      Please inform to Committee that your team and your university will participate in Student Competition (Smart Comp, Paper, POD) by email to OGIP2012@ymail.com (  15th Dec 2011 – 25th January 2012 )

For Paper contest, Deadline abstract of paper is 25th January 2012

2.     Please Complate the Registration by sent the Registration fee payment cash or transfer to the comittee’s account:(  15th Dec 2011 – 31th January 2012 )
